100A to 200A or 400A service upgrades — planned, permitted, and coordinated with JCP&L or PSE&G for meter pull. We assess your current load, calculate what you need, and size the panel correctly for any future additions or EV charging.
EV Charger Installation
Level 2 EVSE installation on a dedicated 50A or 60A circuit. We assess your panel capacity, run the circuit through finished walls with minimal patching, mount the charger, and close the permit. Most installations take half a day.
Whole-Home Rewiring
Replace knob-and-tube, aluminum branch circuit wiring, or outdated cloth-insulated wiring with modern copper conductors. We work in occupied homes, stage the work room by room, and minimize drywall disruption throughout.
Smart Home & Lighting
Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora Smart, or your preferred platform — we install smart switches, dimmers, and scene controllers with proper neutral wire configurations so they actually work the way they're supposed to.
Kitchen & Bath Circuits
Dedicated 20A circuits for kitchen small appliances, GFCI protection at all wet locations, AFCI protection where required by code — all designed to meet current NEC standards and pass inspection in Old Bridge and surrounding municipalities.
Generator Hookup
Manual transfer switch or interlock kit for portable generators, or a full automatic transfer switch for standby whole-home generators. We size the circuits to your critical loads and pull the permit.

Most Level 2 EVSE installations take 3–5 hours if the panel has available capacity. If a panel upgrade or subpanel is needed, plan for 1–2 additional days. We coordinate the permit and inspection so the charger is fully closed out before we leave.
Are your electricians licensed in New Jersey?
Yes. All electrical work at LJT is performed by or under the direct supervision of an NJ-licensed electrical contractor. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Copies available on request.
